Tom joined Arista Networks as a Sales Engineer (SE) in pre-sales 8 years ago after an extensive period working on the customer side. Over time, he moved into a leadership role, where he not only manages his own set of customers (which helps ensure his skills remain sharp and relevant) but also builds and leads a team. Tom’s focus is on helping customers build robust networks, guiding them through the design process, and addressing their challenges to find the right solutions.
Tom’s preference for Arista Networks stems from his deep appreciation for their culture, the quality of their products, dependability, and reliability.
